TireTrends™ wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Returns Policy is simple: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any tire that has not been installed or mounted on a wheel or vehicle within 14 days of receipt. You may return any wheel that has not had a tire mounted on it or been installed on a vehicle within 14 days of receipt. Any product returned for credit must not be damaged in any way or we will refuse your return. Products returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special order items will also be subject to a restocking fee should the order be cancelled.
You must obtain approval and a RA# before sending any goods back to TireTrends™. Please call us Toll Free 1-877-920-TIRE(8473) to obtain an RA#. Any returns that do not receive prior approval and an RA# will be refused and returned to the customer. All items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item. If your order arrives damaged please contact the shipping company right away so we can send you a replacement.

- We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return by insured parcel post or courier.
- Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we will not refund return shipping charges.
All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used in your purchase. We will make every effort to process your refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.
